1. 목 적

이 지침은 산업안전보건기준에관한규칙(이하 “안전보건규칙”이라 한다) 제2편 제1장 제11절 컨베이어 제191조(이탈 등의 방지)의 규정에 따라 컨베이어 또는 그 부속 장치에 의하여 발생하는 산업재해 예방을 위하여 컨베이어의 안전에 관한 지침을 정함을 목적으로 한다.

2. 적용범위

이 지침은 컨베이어 또는 그 부속장치의 설계, 제작, 설치 및 사용에 관한 사항에 대하여 적용한다.
