1. 목 적

이 지침은 산업안전보건기준에 관한 규칙(이하 “안전보건규칙”이라 한다) 제1편(총칙) 제3장(통로) 제21조∼제30조의 규정에 따라 건설현장에서 가설계단의 설치, 사용 및 유지관리 하는데 필요한 안전보건기준을 정함을 목적으로 한다.

2. 적용범위

이 지침은 건설현장에서 높이가 다른 두 지점 간을 통행하기 위하여 가설계단을 설치할 때 적용한다.
